Sora & Associates Mediation and Conflict Resolution Services is a private independent Conflict Resolution firm with extensive experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution processes, organizational development, program design, implementation, monitoring, training, and education. At S&A, we believe that there is humanity in everyone and that WE ALL aspire for peace, justice, and harmony.Our firm and practice are rooted in the African philosophy of “Ubuntu” meaning “I am because You are.” We strongly believe that “OUR SUCCESS is bound to YOUR SUCCESS.” As such, we celebrate and honor the voice and humanity of each client while promoting collective wisdom conducive to systemic change toward a just and equitable community.
